Infusionsoft is gearing up for its 10th annual ICON conference where more than 3,000 small business owners will converge in Phoenix for the three-day event.

The Chandler software company’s user conference continues to gain recognition as it hosts 10 keynote speakers, 40-plus breakout speakers and more than 60 breakout sessions for the March 2-4 event at the Phoenix Convention Center.

Inc. named ICON second among the top 14 conferences for entrepreneurs to attend in 2016.

“We have combined actionable keynotes to help small businesses achieve their success,” said Susan Koehler, Infusionsoft’s vice president of marketing. ““Our keynotes help small businesses build action plans for their individual businesses. This year we’ve also doubled the number of breakout sessions.”

This year’s speakers include best-selling author and radio host Dave Ramsey; Peter Diamandis, one of Fortune’s world’s 50 greatest leaders; and Robyn Benincasa, a three-time Guinness World Record distance paddler and firefighter.

“We want to give the small business owner access to thought leaders they would never individually be able to meet with and learn from,” Koehler said.

The breakout sessions, held in rooms for 500 to 1,000 people, are more hands-on to help work on direct business issues. These include using Google Ad Works, Quick Books integration, driving leads and learning the most successful Infusionsoft campaigns.

To celebrate the 10th anniversary, Infusionsoft constructed a football field at the convention center to mimic the field at its headquarters. The conference will have DJs, awards and other fun announcements to celebrate. The company also is launching its small-business success model to help each attendee build out their plan for success in the next year.

“We’ll help them start implementing it or they can implement themselves after ICON,” she said. “We’ve been really specific and programmatic and this is the most efficient way to positively impact their business. In the past we’ve kind of left it open. This year we’re being more programmatic and we want to be sure everybody gets trained on it.”

Attendees are coming from all over the world, with about 25 countries represented, including New Zealand, South America and England.

Infusionsoft has 30,000 small business customers with about 100,000 users. The company has 650 employees in Chandler and a small office in Utah.
